Responsibilities
  • Streamline Marketing Processes: Design, manage, and refine workflows for campaign execution, lead routing, scoring, and nurturing programs.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Implement checks and balances for campaign launch and post-campaign evaluations to maintain high performance standards.
  • Optimize Marketing Tech Stack: Administer and enhance platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other integrated tools.
  • Enable Accurate Data Flow: Manage integration, automation, and data enrichment across systems to ensure accurate reporting and segmentation.
  • Deliver Performance Insights: Build dashboards and reports that track KPIs, marketing funnel efficiency, and campaign ROI.
  • Support Strategy with Data: Present insights to the marketing leadership team to guide strategy, planning, and investment decisions.
  • Drive Cross-Team Alignment: Act as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to ensure project continuity and data integrity.
  • Maintain Documentation: Keep processes and campaign documentation current to support scalability and team training.
  • Coordinate Budgets & Vendors: Assist with marketing budget tracking and coordination of third-party vendors and partners.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing operations or related roles within high-growth or tech-enabled environments.
  • Technical Proficiency
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle).
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, attribution modeling, and campaign lifecycle management.
  • Project Management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines with precision.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
  • Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Organized, analytical, and proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Able to bring structure to fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
