Junior Marketing Project Manager

NewtekOne is looking to add a Junior Marketing Project Manager to the team. The role oversees the efficient execution of marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on email campaigns and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with project management expertise to manage approval processes, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and maintain adherence to timelines and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, particularly email campaigns, from concept through delivery.
• Develop detailed project timelines, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Manage the approval process for all marketing materials, ensuring stakeholders sign off on content, design, and strategy before release.
• Work closely with creative, design, content, and marketing teams to ensure all project components are aligned and delivered on schedule.
• Facilitate communication between different teams, ensuring clarity on project goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks to project timelines or quality and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards; review deliverables for accuracy and alignment with objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress, delays, or changes.
• Develop and implement processes for efficiently managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and adjust timelines as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• 1+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing, digital, or communications.
• Strong understanding of email marketing processes and best practices.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control under tight deadlines.

Education & Certification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Salary

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
