About the Role
As our in-house Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts across various channels. From enhancing our brand presence at industry conferences to updating our online platforms and crafting compelling marketing collateral, you will contribute directly to our business growth and client engagement.
What You'll Do
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Pinecrest Consultings services and enhance brand visibility.
- Event Marketing: Coordinate marketing activities for industry conferences and client events, including managing swag, promotional materials, and booth setup.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO optimization, email campaigns, and social media management.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content such as blog posts, one-pagers, case studies, and newsletters that resonate with our target audience.
- Collateral Development: Design and maintain marketing materials that effectively communicate Pinecrest Consultings value proposition, ensuring consistency in branding.
- Campaign Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Vendor and Agency Management: Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing projects on time and within budget.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
