Salesforce, Inc.., San Francisco, California, United States
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to help craft the future of Slack. This role is on our Growth Design team, which focuses on helping more people discover, adopt, and get value from Slack. We design thoughtful, high-quality experiences that guide users through their journey, from trying Slack for the first time to growing their team and upgrading. Our team balances rapid experimentation with a deep commitment to craft, always keeping our customers' needs at the center.
We’re looking for a strong, experienced designer who also has experience with content design. We’re looking for someone who can deliver on the whole experience, from the words to the interactions and visual design because we feel the words and underlying language system are critical to success in this role. You'll focus on solving user experience problems through content strategy, information structure, and language. We're looking for someone who excels at making the complicated simple, creating clarity, and crafting clear, human-sounding product copy that drives trials, upgrades, and feature adoption.
If you're passionate about shaping the end-to-end product experience and have strong content and product design skills, please apply!
