The Senior Director of Dermatology Consumer Marketing is responsible for leading the development and implementation of US marketing strategies for all current and future Dermatology indications, leading the US Dermatology consumer team, and collaborating with cross functional partners to ensure strategic alignment and execution. This role will report to the Executive Director, Dermatology Marketing Lead. Overview A typical day may include leading the development of the Consumer Dermatology strategy, aligning it with the overall brand strategy across all Dermatology indications, ensuring cross-functional strategic alignment, and advocating for patient insights in plans. Responsibilities

Lead the development of the Consumer Dermatology strategy and ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy across all current and future Dermatology indications. Lead strategic alignment of Consumer strategy across all Dermatology indications. Collaborate in a matrix environment and within a strategic alliance. Effectively convey and advocate for the Consumer Dermatology strategy among internal teams and the alliance to embed patient insights across functional plans. Develop the Consumer competitive strategy to address current and future competitors. Qualifications and Requirements

15+ years of progressive industry or relevant professional experience in strategic roles with a focus on Consumer omnichannel strategy and franchise management. Bachelors degree required. Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 4 days on-site at Sleepy Hollow, NY. Demonstrated strategic, scientific, and analytical competence with a focus on delivering results. Leadership experience managing high-performing teams. Knowledge of DTC media and ROI analysis across all DTC channels. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex strategies to partners at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits
