In this role, you will : Develop strategies, product roadmaps, and initial marketing plans for galvanic isolated interfaces and sensing. Be responsible for ROI scenarios and sustainable business cases to ensure profitable growth. Collaborate with R&D teams on developing new products, packages, innovations, and technologies. Build and maintain relationships with key customers across markets like AI & datacenter power, drives, renewables, EV charging, robotics, ESS, UPS, and industrial automation. Monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs for new product development strategies. Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with 5+ years in semiconductor IC and / or power management. Experience with galvanic isolated high-voltage digital isolators, ADCs, op amps, solid-state relays, and related markets. Knowledge of power switches including IGBTs and MOSFETs for Si, GaN, and SiC. Ability to understand technical and commercial customer requirements. Strong interpersonal skills to work across cultures and departments. Leadership qualities that promote collaboration, transparency, and success. Willingness to travel occasionally. German language skills are a plus.
