Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator is a detail-oriented specialist who will support marketing operations, data analysis, and systematic campaign execution. This role focuses on the operational backbone of marketing activities including database management, performance tracking, compliance monitoring, and process optimization. The successful candidate will ensure marketing initiatives run efficiently through meticulous planning, accurate data capture, and comprehensive performance analysis. This position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing. Essential Job Functions
Manage marketing databases, ensure data accuracy and compliance Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and detailed reports Coordinate marketing project timelines and resources for on-time delivery Monitor website analytics, SEO performance, and digital marketing metrics Maintain organized marketing asset libraries with proper version control Execute email marketing campaigns including segmentation, scheduling, and tracking Coordinate trade show logistics from registration through post-event lead processing Support market research with gathering/analysis of industry and competitive intelligence Support Technical Sales and Distribution teams with lead routing and CRM maintenance Monitor marketing compliance with aerospace/defense regulations and brand standards Coordinate with external vendors for marketing services and promotional inventory Generate regular KPI reports including ROI analysis and campaign effectiveness Support internal communications and manage distribution lists Assist with marketing budget tracking and expense management Gather technical information from internal teams and translate into marketing content Assist in developing case studies and white papers Requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, data analytics, or related field Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and create data visualizations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Systematic approach to problem-solving and process improvement Ability to work independently while following established procedures Strong written communication skills for creating reports and documentation Internship or co-op experience with a for-profit corporation Desired Qualifications
Desire to understand microelectronics, semiconductors, or aerospace/defense industries Experience with marketing analytics tools Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and workflows Understanding of SEO principles and website content management systems Familiarity with aerospace/defense industry regulations and compliance requirements Knowledge of marketing attribution models and ROI analysis methodologies Experience with project management software and workflow optimization Understanding of database management principles and data integrity best practices Experience with survey design and market research methodologies Proficiency with AI/LLM tools for data analysis and reporting automation Export Control
