Were looking for a creative, detail-oriented Organic Social Strategy Coordinator to join our growing team at Upbound Group. In this role, youll be a key player in managing and optimizing our organic social media presence across multiple brands, including Rent-A-Center, Acima, Get It Now, and Home Choice. Youll support content creation, trend research, employee-generated content (EGC), influencer engagement, NIL partnerships, and social listening. Monitor social conversations and sentiment across all owned brands using listening tools Identify emerging topics, pain points, and engagement opportunities Prepare weekly/monthly listening and competitor insight reports Track and analyze competitor organic strategies Research social trends and recommend content themes, formats, and platform opportunities Identify TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn trends relevant to our audience Assist in social media content production and brainstorming new content ideas Help plan, script, and coordinate shoots for organic video and image content Maintain and update login credentials and account access for all brand profiles Manage organic reposting of influencer and NIL content Perform regular page audits and updates to ensure accuracy and brand consistency Respond to social post comments as assigned Support day-to-day EGC program, including content approvals and store engagement Assist with creating prompts, tracking participation, and helping scale the program Manage blog posting calendar and coordination with agency partners Ensure blogs align with brand voice and social strategy Assist in tracking and organizing NIL partner content Repost influencer content and track engagement across platforms Coordinate with internal teams to align athlete/influencer campaigns with brand goals Provide guidance and light-touch support to Franchise teams on organic social content Help ensure content aligns with brand standards while empowering local authenticity Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or digital content Deep understanding of major social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Strong writing and communication skills Familiarity with social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Reputation, or similar) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Passion for social media, trends, and content culture Experience working with multi-brand environments or large cross-functional teams is a plus Seniority level
