where you'll build out a best in class capability across an established but growing company. This is a role with tons of exposure to the C-suite and room for impact. You'll need to be a Tableau expert! Must haves for Tableau: Front End / Business Needs:

Understanding what stakeholders are asking for (or what they really need) and implementing it in a beautiful, functional way. Tableau technical:

I.e., knowing every tableau feature and functionality, being able to take advantage of all kinds of dynamic filters, parameterization, interactivity, connectivity, etc Tableau back-end : Being able to work with Tableau Prep, create Tableau Data Sources, manage blends and joins, and collaborate with Data Engineering re: the data pipeline Highly Preferred for Tableau: Tableau admin : Understanding how to manage accounts, handle licensing, roll things out to users, update software, enforce access controls, etc. As a Senior Analyst, Data Visualization & Business Intelligence You'll build out best-in-class Tableau dashboards shortening the critical path between measurement and action. You'll develop and deploy of models across a wide range of functional areas including Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service and will design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations to make the teams results understandable for business users across the company. You'll create statistically rigorous experiments and scalable A/B testing frameworks, implement algorithmic recommendation models, and conduct forecasting, clustering, and regression analyses. You'll have core ownership of reporting & dashboarding within our Tableau ecosystem You'll solve problems in the realms of pricing, forecasting, supply-chain management, digital measurement, and assortment optimization You'll focus on shortening the path between measurement and action, transforming raw data into rigorous models, user-friendly dashboards, and high-visibility KPIs. Core Responsibilities: Reporting : Build, support, and maintain a wide range of dashboards and reports, ensuring that each asset features rigorous analytic approaches and strong visual design Teaching:

Ensure that associates throughout are trained on the tools, systems, and dashboards that you build, and are empowered to deliver independent analytics of their own. Data:

Take ownership of the structure, availability, completeness, and accuracy of the company's data, ensuring that each component of our analytic processes can be trusted and relied upon. Insights:

Fulfill ad-hoc research and analytic requests across a wide variety of domain spaces and present core insights to stakeholders and business leaders. Must have: TABLEAU Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field 2+ years in analytical roles, with a focus on quantitative analysis and dashboards Expert-level fluency in both SQL and Tableau, with the ability to communicate these skills to others. Preferred: Statistical and data scientific experience across a strong breadth of models and approaches, from traditional regression and clustering techniques to modern forecasting algorithms and recommendation models

preferably in Python or R Exposure to multiple analytic domain spaces

(e.g., revenue management, assortment, forecasting, digital optimization, segmentation, etc) Excellent relationship management, communication, and data-presentation skills, including a strong eye for the creation of compelling visual narratives. The ability to take initiative, act independently, and function under ambiguity. Compensation: Base salary $110k - $120k + cash bonus + benefits and flexible for the perfect candidate Hybrid Schedule: 3 days per week in the Manhattan office (mid-town) Seniority level
