Base pay range
$70.00/hr - $80.00/hr Specialization in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will deliver complex, multi-channel marketing solutions that drive personalized customer experiences at scale. Youll act as a strategic advisor to clients and internal teams, driving the vision, design, and implementation of scalable and data-driven marketing technology ecosystems using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your Impact Drive end-to-end marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Automation Studio. Design scalable data models and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems (Salesforce Core, Service/Sales Cloud) and external data platforms. Guide technical and non-technical teams on best practices for Marketing Cloud capabilities, including dynamic content, personalization, segmentation, and deliverability. Oversee the implementation of APIs, connectors, and custom solutions for marketing automation workflows and real-time engagement. Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture that aligns with client goals and compliance standards. Lead technical teams in solution delivery, performance tuning, QA, and continuous improvement across global digital marketing initiatives. Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in marketing technology solutions with 2+ years dedicated to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations. Expertise in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS for email and message personalization and scripting. Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Core CRM and other external data sources using Marketing Cloud Connect, APIs, and ETL platforms. Proficient in designing data extensions, contact models, subscriber management, and segmentation strategies. Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and campaign performance metrics. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) required. Set Yourself Apart With Experience with Personalization (Interaction Studio), CDP, or Intelligence Reports for Marketing Cloud. Exposure to distributed marketing, multi-brand and multi-region implementations. Familiarity with AI/ML-driven personalization and A/B testing strategies in marketing.
