Titus is partnering with a company located in Cranston, Rhode Island, to hire a Creative Marketing Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for design and marketing to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving creative initiatives.

Overview

Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing and Events Manager, the Creative Marketing Associate will support marketing initiatives through the creation of compelling visual content, management of email campaigns, and coordination of trade show logistics. This role is ideal for a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple projects with precision and creativity.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Content Creation

  • Design and produce high-quality digital ads, collateral, and visual assets using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Develop engaging visual content for multiple platforms.
  • Support social media content creation and utilize tools like Canva when needed.

Email Marketing

  • Create, manage, and deploy email campaigns using Campaigner or similar tools.
  • Develop and optimize email templates for performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on email campaign metrics.
  • Maintain and manage email lists in line with best practices.

Trade Show Coordination

  • Assist with logistics, preparation, and shipment of marketing collateral and displays.
  • Coordinate with vendors and event staff to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure timely delivery of all materials.

General Marketing Support

  • Support website design and maintenance in collaboration with the Senior Graphic Designer.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and asset libraries.
  • Assist with reporting and general marketing team initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a marketing or creative role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing software (Campaigner or similar).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
  • Website design skills a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with Canva strongly preferred.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas.
