Ace Marketing Services is hiring: Web & Creative Designer in Miami

Ace Marketing Services Inc. is seeking a Web & Creative Designer to design and edit high-performing ad creatives at scale — both video and static — optimized for Facebook and Instagram Ads. This is a fast-paced, high-output role where you’ll iterate quickly, test variations, and keep quality sharp while hitting volume goals. If you love experimenting with visuals, turning ideas into scroll-stopping ads, and learning what performs best, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
    •    Create and edit short-form video ads (cutdowns, captions, animations, UGC edits, hooks, scroll-stoppers).
    •    Design static ads (images, carousels, banners) for Facebook and Instagram placements.
    •    Produce multiple variations in bulk — testing different hooks, CTAs, overlays, colors, and formats.
    •    Apply brand guidelines consistently while experimenting with proven ad design principles.
    •    Optimize creatives for performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS) with feedback from the media buying team.
    •    Stay on top of trends in paid social advertising and adapt formats quickly.
    •    Manage and organize creative files for easy iteration and version control.
Requirements:
    •    Proven experience designing Facebook/Meta ad creatives (agency or brand-side).
    •    Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalents (Final Cut, CapCut, Canva Pro, Figma).
    •    Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and motion for performance-driven social ads.
    •    Comfortable working with UGC/raw footage to produce polished, engaging ads.
    •    Ability to produce at scale — high output of variations without sacrificing creativity.
    •    Portfolio showcasing video and static ad creatives designed for performance marketing.
Nice to Have:
    •    Knowledge of direct-response design principles (attention-grabbing hooks, CTA placement, pacing).
    •    Experience applying performance data to guide creative iteration.
    •    Familiarity with TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid social platforms.
