The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing initiatives of Duncan Company. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing digital content, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with company objectives (e.g., email drip campaigns).
  • Develop and manage content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Liaise with external vendors and internal resources to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Collaborate on photography for campaigns, events, digital channels, and promotional materials to support brand storytelling and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role within the industrial sector, required
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $60,000-65,000 base salary + bonus potential (dependent on qualification and experience)
