What Success Looks Like

• Generate Leads & Drive Sales: Create compelling content and campaigns that attract qualified prospects and convert them into customers.
• Increase Brand Awareness: Build a consistent, engaging presence across digital and social channels, making our dealership a go-to name in the boating community.
• Engage the Boating Community: Plan and promote events that strengthen relationships with existing customers while attracting new ones.
• Showcase Boats Effectively: Use photography, video, and virtual tours to highlight our inventory and make our boats irresistible to buyers.
• Optimize Marketing Impact: Continuously improve website performance, SEO, and advertising campaigns to ensure measurable results.
• Elevate Creative Standards: Develop eye-catching graphics, videos, and campaigns that set us apart in the marine industry.

What You Bring

• Strong photography and video skills; drone experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Premiere or DaVinci Resolve, Salesforce, WordPress, and MS Office.
• Creative thinker with the ability to translate marketing goals into engaging campaigns.
• Collaboration mindset to work effectively with sales, service, and leadership teams.
• Boating knowledge is a plus but not required.
