LHH is currently searching for an experienced Social Media Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2C social strategies, nurturing online communities, delivering meaningful insights through analytics, and collaborating cross-functionally with the creative department to bring the brands story to life. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of social media management experience with a B2C brand. This is an onsite role at our clients office in the Dallas area.

Responsibilities
  • Social Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to achieve brand objectives and maximize consumer engagement.
  • Community Management: Foster meaningful relationships with our audience by actively listening, responding, and cultivating advocacy and loyalty within our brands digital communities.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using a variety of analytics tools. Translate data into actionable insights to continuously refine content, campaigns, and growth tactics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, innovation, and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
  • Influencer Management: Identify and maintain relationships with key influencers to promote brand message and extend our reach within relevant communities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience managing B2C social media for a mid-to-large brand, agency, or consumer-facing organization.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing effective social strategies that drive business results.
  • Expertise in community management, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with key analytics and social management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to synthesize data and present actionable insights to peers and leadership.
  • Experience partnering with creative teams to deliver content, campaigns, and branded storytelling.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work onsite at our clients office in the Dallas area.
