Overview

If you are passionate about project management, creativity, and contributing to the mission of Bethel Church, this role supports the Creative & Story Team to implement projects that advance Bethel Church's mission. The Project Manager works with the Creative & Story Director and Senior Manager to ensure projects meet objectives and are delivered with good management of budgets, timelines, scope, and deliverables. The role serves as the liaison between the Creative & Story Team and partner ministries to establish expectations and maintain positive relationships. This position manages the efficient production of deliverables in print, design, photography, video, and digital marketing platforms. You will drive the success of creative projects and marketing initiatives, manage end-to-end workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets. A creative mindset, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with project management tools (notably Monday.com) are required.

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Salary Range: $20.00 to $23.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison: represent the Creative & Story team in meetings, upholding the core values of the team and Bethel; connect with ministry staff to articulate project objectives and scope into actionable creative deliverables.
  • Be a bridge between partner ministries and the Creative & Story team; ensure all parties understand roles and responsibilities across deliverables; communicate expectations and status updates.
  • Occasionally host stakeholders and clients on set for video projects; organize and schedule meetings needed to move projects forward, leading meetings when delegated.
  • Project Management: develop and execute project plans from conception to completion; collaborate to define scope, objectives, and deliverables; utilize Monday.com to manage timelines, tasks, dependencies; monitor progress and implement solutions to stay on track.
  • Team Collaboration: facilitate communication among designers, writers, videographers, and other creative professionals; align on goals and timelines; foster a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Resource Management: allocate resources, balance workloads, track budgets and expenses, process invoices and receipts; provide updates to leadership and raise blockers as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: ensure assets pass approval processes, meet standards and brand guidelines; implement feedback loops and quality control.
  • Reporting and Analysis: generate regular project status reports and KPI updates; analyze data to identify improvements and support process enhancements; use Monday.com to manage timelines and dependencies.

Skillset
  • Creative and administrative with attention to design and media
  • Quick learner, self-initiator, highly organized, adaptable, and assertive
  • Diplomatic in handling sensitive situations; proactive and detail-oriented under pressure
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible yet focused; capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Excellent Mac-based systems, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with various file types (PDF, PSD, etc.) and Bethels media types (print, video, web, email)
  • Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools
  • Sales and/or customer service experience; strong, decisive decision-maker; a people person
  • Project management expertise with ability to design, implement, or improve systems
  • Ability to handle multiple high-pressure deadlines with a solution-oriented attitude
  • Well-organized and capable of working with all levels of management
