Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team. This role blends strategy with day-to-day execution, making it ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a small-team environment. The Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that highlight our products, brand heritage, and design expertise. This role combines creativity and analytics, perfect for someone who loves turning ideas into campaigns that inspire customers, empower retail partners, and strengthen our marketplace presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Development & Execution
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print channels.
• Write, edit, and proof compelling copy for advertising, email, web, and tradeshow materials.
• Partner with the marketing creative team on design assets that align with brand guidelines.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Manage content calendars and scheduling for social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and track performance metrics.

Product & Brand Support

• Collaborate with product development and merchandising to create product launch campaigns.
• Develop sales and dealer support materials including lookbooks, point-of-sale collateral, and showroom signage.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance, website analytics, and social media insights.
• Prepare reports with actionable recommendations to improve future initiatives.

Trade Shows Support

• Support marketing activities for High Point Market and other key industry events.
• Help coordinate event promotions, presentations, and on-site marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or furniture/home dcor.
• Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail and design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media management platforms (Meta Business Suite, Sprout, etc.).
• Experience with website CMS, email marketing platforms, and Google Analytics preferred.
• Strong project management skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
