Must be an effective presenter with both large and small groups. Supervisory experience and/or capability a plus Self-starter who fully executes the sales, marketing, referral and advertising objectives and strategies as outlined in the annual marketing plan. Experience developing community outreach and grassroots marketing programs. Must be able to generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.The Marketing and Community Relations Specialist is responsible in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing, for the development and execution of all site level marketing and internal/external referral initiatives. Oversite of lead generation programs including advertising, social media, on-line reviews and reputation (digital) management, referral development, sponsorships, referral partner relationships, community awareness and event programs.About the position: Works closely with marketing team in support of all activities in connection to marketing the community, the MCRS will have direct contact with prospects, future, new and existing residents; from first visit to move-in and beyond. Business needs may, on occasion, include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Initiates CRM reporting to track performance, ROI and diagnose areas of strength or needed improvement. Including opportunities for targeted mass communication intended to advance engagement. Collaborates with residency counselors to utilize relevant operational, competitive and company information to identify and create unique experiences for clients to further engage the waiting list and hot leads. Coordinates the planning, development, and execution of all aspects of community independent living marketing and outreach, including annual marketing planning in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Director. Participate actively in the management of the advertising agency and advertising plan. LCS "brand ambassador" - Will lead to educate, promote and ensure adherence to brand standards throughout all departments, in collaboration with the LCS SLMS Regional, Director of Sales & Marketing and community department heads to ensure Life Care Services branding is utilized in each department. Oversee timely and accurate input as appropriate into Salesforce or other community specific systems to monitor results and ensure our database is at peak management. Maintains effective communication with the Director of Sales & Marketing, marketing staff and, as needed, other community leadership team members. Assists as needed to ensure that all inquiries are tracked and maintained in accordance with the designated process. Contribute, as needed, to the database follow-up and as required, scheduling experiences for sales associates. Prepares and maintains accurate and timely reports as required. Works closely with resident Ambassador and Community (resident) leadership in support of maximizing the new resident onboarding process and maintaining productive working relationships with our residents. Adheres to Life Care Services standards as identified in the Senior Housing Marketing and SalesFIRST standards. Collaborate with team members to identify, plan and execute seminars, sponsorships and events as identified in the marketing plan, as well as organic opportunities within the community. Assumes responsibilities for personal work areas and maintaining areas in a presentable manner. Implements Life Care Services Extraordinary Impressions best practices in the marketing office and influences hospitality focused environment throughout the community. Maintains working knowledge of regulations that impact the industry.
