We are seeking a
self-motivated, problem-solving Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
to join our team part-time. This in-house role is key to growing our brand's visibility, voice, and reach across digital platforms. The ideal candidate knows social media inside and out, can work independently with minimal direction, and is passionate about creating impactful marketing content that drives engagement and results.
This is a W2 employee position based in Denver, Colorado. You'll work three 8-hour days per week on-site, with flexible scheduling and potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X). Develop, schedule, and optimize posts to increase followers and engagement. Track performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and results. Marketing Collateral Creation
Design and produce flyers, promotional one-pagers, event graphics, and branded content for both print and digital use. Independently create marketing materials that align with company goals and brand guidelines. Content Distribution
Push out company articles, blog posts, and updates across email, social, and web channels. Light Web Support (Bonus)
Update and maintain website content (WordPress experience a plus). Collaboration & Initiative
Work with internal teams to support marketing campaigns. Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing efforts and brand presence. Qualifications
Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience
1-3 years of direct experience managing company social media pages (not just personal). Proven ability to grow and engage social media audiences. Experience creating professional marketing collateral independently. Bonus: WordPress editing, Google Analytics, and light HTML/CSS. Technical Skills
Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite). Strong design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools. Soft Skills
Creative problem solver with strong initiative. Self-starter who can figure things out and work with little oversight. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Organized planner who meets deadlines consistently. Compensation Hourly Rate:
$20-$30/hr, depending on experience. Hours:
