The Retail Marketing Associate supports the coordination and execution of day-to-day strategic retail initiatives across SS&E’s franchises and sales channels. This role assists in elevating and positioning SS&E brands by coordinating projects, monitoring retail sales performance, and collaborating with internal and external partners. The position plays a key role in enhancing the retail and fan experience while ensuring operational alignment with organizational initiatives. Strong communication, organization, and adaptability are essential for success in this role. What You’ll Do:

Coordinate off-site merchandise appearances in San Antonio, Austin, and Southern Texas, as well as non-event day sales opportunities. Coordinate daily retail tasks and workflows with internal and external partners. Assist with asset collection and creation for the promotion of retail sales through SEM, email, social, and physical media platforms. Maintain and update the annual retail calendar and meeting cadence with the Retail Strategy Team and third-party operators. Liaise with internal and external partners on brand-related projects and organizational initiatives. Perform daily accounting and reporting related to retail orders for internal and external partners. Who You Are: Prior retail administrative experience or relevant educational qualifications required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with project management software and Adobe Photoshop preferred. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, problem-solve, and handle confidential information securely. Strong customer service skills with effective cross-functional communication. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Standing for extended periods of time. (Frequent) Walking to accomplish tasks both indoors and outdoors. (Frequent) Constant finger dexterity is required for computer and office equipment. (Constant) Ability to work during extreme weather conditions when outdoors. (Occasional)
