RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Specialist in Juno Beach, FL.

Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to support our specialty insurance business. This role will play a key part in shaping and executing our brand identity across multiple channels, with a primary focus on website strategy and creative direction. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams and web developers to build company websites that provide a competitive edge and meet compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and executor with strong brand, digital and B2B marketing experience within the insurance industry. You'll be expected to think creatively, offer practical solutions and deliver quality work. This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Strategy & Execution: Oversee the planning, content direction, and creative execution for new websites under the specialty insurance business; This includes UX guidance, copy strategy and brand integration
• Content & Creative Oversight: Develop briefs and manage the production of marketing assets, including digital content, collateral, landing pages, and thought leadership materials
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals
• Project Management: Drive projects from concept through execution, keeping deliverables on time and within scope
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-7 years of experience in marketing
• Demonstrated experience managing website launches/rebrands
• Experience working with or in the insurance sector required, within the specialty insurance industry a plus
• Strong understanding of insurance industry marketing best practices and requirements, and B2B website strategy
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract-based role
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
