In this role, you will:

  1. Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  2. Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  3. Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  4. Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  5. Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  6. Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  7. Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of banking experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing learning and development curriculums and delivering training.
  • Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Visio and PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to anticipate risks and opportunities and turn findings into tactical and strategic imperatives.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to effectively lead meetings in large and small forums.
  • Superb organizational skills. Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
  • Experience influencing and working in partnership with executives, senior managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to manage and deliver effectively in a matrixed and team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Proven experience with the development of training curriculum and learning facilitation. Employ diverse methods and technologies to increase the effectiveness of learning retention and adoption. Leverage learning KPIs to measure success.
  • Proven experience in technical procedure writing with a solid understanding of process efficiency, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements for effortless absorption by business users.
  • Experience in Technical Procedure, Business Requirements and Technical Specifications Documentation Writing.
  • Business Process design and mapping experience.
  • Preferred knowledge and understanding of the ServiceNow workflow automation platform (SPM).
  • Preferred knowledge of Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) documentation standards.
  • Experience with WalkMe is preferred.
  • Knowledge of iGraphix is preferred.

Job Expectations:

  • The Senior Business Execution Consultant (BEC) will be accountable for developing, prioritizing, and managing a continuous improvement cycle and backlog for a CMS-wide change management tool, regardless of size of scope. This role will facilitate discussions regarding defect and enhancements prioritization by focusing on delivering consistency in approach and the biggest value across all CMS functional groups. The candidate will be responsible for process design and mapping, as well as procedure writing based on requirements from diverse audiences. The candidate will need to be adept in translating and documenting business requirements from all levels in the organization to technical specifications that can be systemically executed on. Effective collaboration is a key aspect of the role, and the ability to build strong partnerships to achieve common goals with diverse teams across the organization is critical.

Selected candidate will be required to work within one of the following Wells Fargo locations: Wilmington, DE, Charlotte, NC, Des Moines, IA, Chandler, AZ, and San Antonio, TX.
