We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team in our Advisory practice near one of our East Coast offices. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most professionals are located within a commutable distance to an office. This position is considered remote and does not require duties to be performed within proximity of an office. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

Your Role

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

  • Collaborate with advisory marketing directors / managers and practice teams to support campaigns and initiatives
  • Execute marketing communications across channels : email, digital, advertising, webcasts, and media
  • Ensure consistent messaging across website, collateral, and proposals
  • Coordinate events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities
  • Support reporting and performance tracking of marketing programs
  • Partner with sales and marketing colleagues to enhance the client experience and support growth initiatives
  • Assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination

Your Experience

The successful candidate will have :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with proactive communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Tools & Emerging Skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience using Copilot for AI-powered insights and content assistance
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
  • Experience with monday.com or similar project management tools
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)
  • Understanding of SEO, campaign analytics, and digital KPIs
  • Comfort with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Miro, Asana)
