RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is seeking a Marketing Coordinator II.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, tracking sales data, maintaining promotional materials inventory, planning meetings and trade shows, maintaining databases, preparing reports.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; Planning and organizing promotional presentations; Updating calendars
- Contribute to the development of marketing programs and deliverables
- Adhere to project requirements including brand strategy, deadlines, budgets
- Own or support team projects; collaborating with copywriters, photographers, designers, web developers and marketing and public relations specialists to meet objectives
- Partner with creative director/senior graphic designer to obtain concept approvals
- Manage multiple design briefs simultaneously; budget time allocations based on job value
- Photography/Videography
- Assist concept development, design approach, content creation, implementation and distribution of multimedia
- Perform pre-production research and scheduling, and post-production editing
- Degree in related discipline (Marketing, Sales, Business, ect.) and/or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of proven experience in B2B email marketing, with additional experience in direct mail and/or SMS marketing preferred
- Experience using social media and SEO tools
- Understands and uses various editing products (software) and computer programs, including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut X, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop
- Knowledge of project management concepts and software
- Impeccable knowledge of CRM marketing strategies, especially around customer retention and upsell efforts
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and organizational skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and managing an agency that executes email campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies that drive meaningful results
- Exhibit a growth mindset and an affinity for bold thinking; Have the confidence to step outside your comfort zone and challenge the status quo
- Experience with enterprise-level CRM and marketing automation tools such as Eloqua or Marketo
- Experience with Litmus, Tableau and Salesforce a plus
