We currently operate on a hybrid work schedule - 2 days per week in office. Only candidates who live near one of our North American offices will be considered. (Cleveland, OH or Atlanta, GA)

As a Product Marketing Manager for MRI Living, you will be a leader on the team responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our product. This is a new role on a growing team and will focus on our Payments suite of products. As our chief advocate for this product suite, you'll be responsible for bringing new products to market, as well as serving established products with wide appeal. You'll be an expert in our market and our buyers, and translate their needs to drive effective messaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities Include
Product positioning and messaging: develop and maintain differentiated positioning and messaging for the products and solutions in your segment
Market and competitive intelligence: be a power user of our Competitive Intelligence platform, and use it to develop and broadcast a detailed understanding of industry trends, competitor capabilities and customer needs across sales, product, marketing, and leadership
Sales enablement: communicate the value proposition of the products in your segment and develop tools to support the sales process. This can include sales decks, videos, trainings, collateral, webpages, datasheets, launch announcements, and more
Product launches: serve as the Marketing lead for all new product launches, upgrades and releases in your segment. Work closely with product to develop goals, messaging, and launch plans, and project manage cross-functional execution
Demand generation & content creation: provide input into demand generation and campaign planning for your segment. Create thought leadership content to support campaigns, including white papers, eBooks, blogs, webinars and more.
You Have:
BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
3+ years of software product marketing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent people and management skills to work effectively with Marketing team members and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix management arrangement
Up to 15% travel within the United States and Canada may be required to successfully fill this role
