Role: Marketing Technology (MarTech) Architecture Lead for our client in Remote, CA.

Position Overview:

Powering Acceleration is a multi-year initiative to drive pipeline growth, new logo acquisition, and accelerate lifecycle marketing through bold investments in digital transformation, experience design, and innovation enablement. This role will shape architecture that not only powers todays performance but scales with the future of the digital strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Marketing Technology Architecture Lead for the Powering Acceleration initiative, delivering enterprise-scale solutions aligned to pipeline acceleration, industry cluster digital immersion, and enablement of AI on-prem launches and LOB access for demand programs.
  • Support developer innovation and technology discovery across the DXP stack; expand Quick Start solutions to reduce time-to-value for demand generation.
  • Lead the development of marketing capability models, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps for a multi-year investment cycle (FY25 exploration, FY26 execution).
  • Architect and rationalize the Martech ecosystem (CRM, CDPs, MAP, CMS, analytics) to drive strategic alignment and marketing agility.
  • Support a modernized CIAM solution for a unified and personalized customer lifecycle experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, digital product teams, and line-of-business leaders to define architecture requirements and align technical delivery with GTM goals.
  • Identify and integrate new tools and platforms to enable seamless digital experiences and scalable asset distribution.
  • Establish and govern marketing architecture reference models, data flow designs, and solution blueprints aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Evaluate technology options to accelerate innovation and provide consultative guidance on investments impacting pipeline generation and lifecycle acceleration.
  • Present solution strategies to executive stakeholders, connecting technical investments to business outcomes.
  • Ensure data compliance, marketing privacy standards, and integration across campaign workflows and analytics environments.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Marketing Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture, with 5+ years focused on Martech, DXP, or digital engagement platforms.
  • Experience designing and executing marketing technology strategies for pipeline generation, experience orchestration, CIAM solutions and digital engagement.
  • Expertise in tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, HubSpot, Segment, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to lead multi-year digital transformation programs aligned to pipeline growth and lifecycle engagement.
  • Skilled in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Agile, ITIL) and cross-functional solutioning.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence abilitiesparticularly with senior leaders.


Pay and Benefits

Pay Rate: $60 - $65 / Hour
