Overview
On behalf of our financial services client, we are seeking a Content Compliance Analyst, dedicated to marketing Footnote Indication and Footnote Development and Governance. This is a 12-month W2 hourly contract with potential to extend or convert. Location: Wilmington, DE, onsite Monday/Tuesday (will be fully onsite in the next year or so, exact timing TBD). Compensation range: up to $28/hr.
The Content Compliance Analyst will partner with Card Marketing, Marketing Channel Execution, and Card Legal teams to ensure Credit Card Marketings collateral (e.g. ads, emails, microsites) has the appropriate legal footnotes/disclosures, keeping the firm compliant with regulation and providing a good customer experience. Content indication is an important component of the campaign lifecycle and this role will ensure high standards of quality and efficiency to deliver best-in-class experiences for customers and prospects.
Candidates with creative and disclosure language (footnotes) and Adobe Experience Manager experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and Interpret Legal and Marketing Content: Analyze legal language, footnotes, marketing copy, and offer details to ensure accurate disclosures on credit card marketing materials across direct mail and digital channels.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality Control: Work with legal, compliance, and marketing teams to determine appropriate footnotes and legal disclosures; perform quality control reviews to ensure accurate and error-free disclosures.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with marketing operations, content development, and production teams in the footnote analysis process.
- Lead and Participate in Process Improvement: Lead and participate in initiatives to enhance efficiency, improve footnote analysis processes, and update procedures.
- Develop and Update Disclosures: Work with legal and business partners to develop new and update existing footnote and disclosure language.
- Provide Footnotes for Marketing Creatives: Use creative copy, offer details, and a marketing matrix to provide necessary footnotes for marketing creatives.
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in creative strategy and disclosure language with a legal perspective, campaign management marketing, advertising, media, or agency experience, preferably in Financial Services.
- Ability to operate in a process-oriented, fast-paced environment; adhere to risk/control, procedure and process expectations while delivering whats best for the customer.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn is required.
- Bachelors Degree in marketing required.
Additional Skills
- Experience with marketing creatives and disclosure language, preferably in Financial Services.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
