Overview
Head of Marketing at Keystone AI, a premier AI technology and business services firm serving large enterprises, law firms, and government agencies. This newly created role develops and strengthens Keystones marketing capabilities to support ambitious growth and future expansion. You will collaborate with the executive team to shape the marketing strategy, lead the function, and drive both strategic planning and hands-on execution across marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Define the marketing strategy and build the marketing engine to support Keystones ambitious growth goals.
- Develop, lead and deliver events and event marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
- Lead content marketing for Keystone initiatives, experts, and employees to create ongoing engagement with prospects.
- Oversee enterprise-wide internal communications and external public relations strategy for the consulting practice, establishing Keystone as a recognized industry thought leader through innovative media and content strategies.
- Build and oversee website experience and digital marketing operations to enhance experiences for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, and regularly report to executive leadership on effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize impact and ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive experience (minimum 8 years) in marketing, PR, or communications roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Creative problem solver with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proactive planning and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a track record of delivering top-tier client deliverables.
- Results-oriented mindset and quick learner with a passion for excellence.
- Experience in a consulting firm or B2B marketing environment, ideally economics, strategy, or tech focus.
- Experience with HubSpot, Sprout Social, Salesforce, Google Analytics; Canva experience is a plus.
US Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
