RealINSIGHT is CWCapital's technology firm and is a leading provider of commercial real estate asset management software. Marketing plays a vital role in our success by exploring, creating, and delivering value to our target market in the Commercial Real Estate Finance industry, generating leads, promoting brand awareness and managing events.

Role Description

This position will be responsible for managing the marketing and communication efforts at RealINSIGHT by collaborating with the New Business, Client Success and Product Teams to ensure consistency in all marketing, events, communication (internal and external), business development initiatives and presentations. Specific responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Marketing efforts around the planning and execution of new business events and client related RealINSIGHT Events.
• Maintain and manage all presentations and sales decks.
• Manage RealINSIGHT Events Calendar
• Prepare internal and external communications as requested with appropriate contributions and ensure timely distribution.
• Maintain social media presence for RealINSIGHT leveraging Linkedin and other mediums.
• Maintain and manage Salesforce which is the CRM and Contact Database for RealINSIGHT.

Skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical content in a thoughtful, simple, clear manner.
• Organized and able to prioritize workload/projects.
• Ability to work cohesively with team members.
• Advanced PowerPoint/presentation skills

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, administrative support, or related areas
• Experience planning and coordinating events, conferences and trade shows a plus.
• Experience in commercial real estate, CRE Tech, Fintech a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Advanced PowerPoint/presentation skills
• Proficient in leveraging Social Media and CRM Platforms

The base salary range for this role is provided in accordance with local regulations, but salary represents just one component of the total compensation package. Additional elements such as bonuses, overtime, deferred cash (where applicable), benefits, perks, and company contributions to 401(k) plans-often result in total compensation significantly exceeding the base salary. Compensation is influenced by individual performance, tenure, experience, geographic location, business unit needs, company performance, and market conditions.
