Learn more at defisolutions.com and follow us on LinkedIn.Job Description:The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a key role within the revenue operations team to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns by managing systems, data, and processes that drive efficiency and performance. This role partners closely with marketing and sales to support demand generation, optimize lead flow, and provide reporting that helps maximize ROI. This is a hands-on role with our marketing automation tool and CRM, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and the data behind them is accurate and actionable.Key Responsibilities:Create and manage workflows, lists, and segmentation to automate marketing processes and increase efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop processes to improve lead management processes and ensure a smooth transition of leads from marketing to salesWork with the marketing team to set up landing pages, emails, CTAs, and multi-channel campaigns with accurate targeting, personalization, and complianceMonitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, making recommendations for improvementSupport campaign execution by ensuring accurate set-up, tracking, and targeting across digital channels (email, social, web, paid media)Maintain data hygiene and segmentation for accuracy and consistency across platformsLead campaign QA, testing, and documentation of best practices by creating SOPs for campaign execution and lead managementManage pre- and post-event contact lists for tradeshows and webinarsAssist with building and maintaining reports that provide visibility into funnel health, lead flow and ROIQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role, preferably in B2B or technology environment.Traits and Skills:Proven self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently and effectively prioritize competing demandsAble to think critically and adapt quickly to changing prioritiesClear written and verbal communication skillsContinuously seeks ways to improve processes and drive efficiencyHighly organized and excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality workCollaborative team player who can work cross-functionallyData-driven and intellectually curiousStrong understanding of lead management, campaign attribution, and funnel reportingHands-on experience with marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot) and Salesforce CRM required; inclusive of setting up campaigns and managing contacts/leads in SalesforceProficient in Microsoft, specifically Excel; familiarity with power BI tools is a plusPreferred:Experience in B2B software or tech industry.Experience in financial services, automotive, or lending sectors also a plus.Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.Admin experience with Account Engagement (Pardot) and SalesloftTravel - Less than 10%Why Join Us?
