Responsibilities

As an Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for

• Representing clients in insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation.
• Providing legal advice to clients regarding insurance coverage and claims.
• Reviewing and analyzing insurance policies, claims, and other related documents.
• Preparing and presenting cases in court or arbitration.
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.
• Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies.
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Staying updated with the latest legal developments and changes in the field of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
• Participating in business development activities to attract new clients.
  
  

Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, policyholder, and insurance.
• Admission to the California state bar.
• Proven track record in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
