What Youll Do
- Support day-to-day marketing, communications, and pursuit activity
- Format proposals, presentations, reports, and internal documents
- Build and maintain branded templates in InDesign, Adobe Express, and Word
- Coordinate inputs, track tasks, and follow up with stakeholders
- Draft and post content to social media (primarily LinkedIn)
- Assist with internal campaigns, announcements, and employee communications
- Prepare signage, swag, and print materials for events and conferences
- Maintain brand files, project photography, and internal content libraries
- Translate complex or technical information into clean, clear visuals or messages
- Keep timelines moving and the details under control
What Youll Bring
- 12 years of experience in marketing, communications, admin, or design (or a strong portfolio and work ethic if youre a recent grad)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign as well as PowerPoint and Word
- Confident writing skills with a clear, professional tone
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and able to juggle multiple deadlines
- Comfortable working with technical content and learning on the fly
- A few examples of your work formatted docs, posts, layouts, or anything that shows your eye and execution
