Direct Mail Marketing Manager
LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading financial services firm located in the heart of downtown Chicago in hiring a Direct Mail Marketing Manager. They specialize in providing innovative financial solutions for their clients and are dedicated to maintaining a dynamic and collaborative work environment. They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Direct Mail Marketing Manager to join their marketing team.
The Direct Mail Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in the planning, execution and analysis of our client's direct mail marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in direct mail marketing, a keen analytical mind and a passion for data-driven decision making.
Direct Mail Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and execution of direct mail marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns. Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL or other data analysis software
- Work with marketing and data teams to develop and implement targeted customer segmentation strategies
- Help manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of direct mail pieces
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including response rates, conversion rates, and ROI
- Ensure all direct mail campaigns comply with industry regulations and company policies
Direct Mail Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in direct mail marketing or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
