Role Overview

Were seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support two key areas:

Social Media Management: Oversee and manage our networks social channels, ensuring consistent, engaging and on-brand content across platforms.

Brand Partnership Fulfillment: Support delivering all elements for active brand deals, coordinating between internal teams, talent, and partners to ensure flawless execution.

What Youll Do

• Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling for Shots social accounts.
• Track and report on performance metrics across platforms.
• Serve as coordinator for partnership deliverables, timelines and approvals with third party brand partners
• Liaise with talent, producers and brand partners to keep campaigns on track.
• Maintain organized project trackers and ensure all deadlines are met.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Hungry, proactive and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment that does not slow down
• Passionate about sports, entertainment and the creator economy
• Experience in video editing, clipping, graphic design, etc
