Were looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help define and amplify our brand narrative as we scale across key global markets. This is a unique opportunity for a creatively driven, data-literate marketer to take ownership of our brands growth and content strategywhile also leading a small, high-performing team across performance, digital and design.

Youll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market strategies, elevate our brand across digital channels, and drive meaningful inbound activity. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone whos equally comfortable executing content and campaigns as they are mentoring and managing others.

Please note that this is a hybrid role and three days are required in-office at our midtown office (Tues-Thurs).

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Linkbys global marketing strategy across brand, content, social and performance channels
  • Manage and mentor a small team including our Head of Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager, and offshore design resource
  • Plan, write, schedule, and publish high-impact content on key channels such as LinkedIn that engages our audience, crafting compelling content that highlights case studies, new features and product developments, staff and culture and more
  • Develop and maintain a clear, forward-looking marketing calendar that aligns with company priorities, product launches, and global events, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
  • Use our brand guidelines to design simple but engaging visual assets using tools like Canva for posting across LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels
  • Write and update website copy, landing pages, newsletters, and other content as needed in a compelling and unique tone of voice
  • Collaborate with teams across the business particularly sales, publisher partnerships, and product to turn business needs into compelling marketing output
  • Monitor content performance using basic analytics tools and provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and quality over time
  • Experiment with our expansion into Instagram and other relevant social platforms, developing content strategies tailored to each channel
  • Create lightweight, social-first video content such as product explainers, founder interviews, or feature explainers

Preferred skills:

  • 7+ years of experience across brand, content, and digital marketing, including 23 years in a team leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns and building engaged communities across various platforms
  • Outstanding copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple, compelling messaging
  • High level of skill in Canva or similar design tools (i.e. Adobe), with a keen eye for visual storytelling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience creating and editing video content for social platforms
  • Salary range of $105,000-$120,000 depending on individual experience
