Revit Designer Opportunity
We're hiring a Revit Designer to join a growing team in Richardson, TX (75081). This is a 6-month contract-to-direct opportunity supporting MEP design projects for multifamily developments including student housing, assisted living, and more. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, this is your chance to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Location: Richardson, TX 75081
Pay Rate: $20$27/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: MF, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. CST
Work Setup: Onsite only
Term: 6-month contract to direct hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean up and prepare Revit/AutoCAD backgrounds for MEP designers
- Coordinate with project managers on corrections, files, and schedules
- Upload, organize, and deliver project drawings
- Plot and manage drawing sets
- Assist with organizing project folders and maintaining file systems
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Previous experience with MEP projects required
- Multifamily project experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-driven
