About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Media Strategy and Client Leadership. This pivotal role is focused on driving integrated, cross-channel media strategy across a variety of platforms, including digital, linear, video, audio, OOH, and emerging channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for omnichannel strategy development, client leadership, team mentorship, performance and optimization, presentation and storytelling, platform innovation, and cross-functional integration. Key responsibilities include architecting full-funnel media plans, cultivating high-level client relationships, leading a team of directors, planners, and analysts, and ensuring campaigns are performance-focused and executed flawlessly.
Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in media strategy, integrated planning, or communications strategy, with a strong background in both linear and digital video, streaming and audio, search, social, and programmatic. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in leading high-performing teams and a proven track record in growing and retaining enterprise-level client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of media measurement, attribution, and testing methodologies, as well as expert-level storytelling, presentation, and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, with certifications or advanced education being a plus. The role demands a strategic thinker who can blend data with creativity and is excited to lead high-visibility campaigns in the ever-evolving landscape of integrated media strategy.
