Primary Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas by executing the sales cycle, setting appointments, and maintaining contact lists
• Participate in professional associations, host lunch-and-learns, and promote continuing education courses
• Build and maintain customer relationships, educate clients on SERVPROs services, and promote our brand as the best cleaning and restoration company
• Identify and develop top prospects into clients
• Provide owners and sales managers with one-on-one meetings and closing appointments
• Achieve and exceed sales territory revenue goals

Position Requirements

• At least two years of responsible B2B sales experience
• Proven sales and marketing success within the service sector
• Strong business and financial acumen with a results-driven attitude
• Experience in commercial cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry preferred
• Proficiency with current business software
• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience
• Ability to pass a background check

Pay Rate

Competitive base salary plus activity-based commissions, with increases based on performance.
