We are currently searching for a savvy Senior Level Attorney with a track to Partner to work onsite at our office in Beverly Hills. Successful candidates will have prior complex corporate transactional law experience OR music law experience including negotiating and drafting music recording, distribution, publishing, producer, license agreements, excellent client service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy

Exceptional client service skills, over the phone and in person, with our clients and internal departments

Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills

Drafting and reviewing a vast array of music agreements, including recording, publishing, distribution, license, guest artist, producer agreements, etc.

Qualifications

Experience with Drafting and reviewing a vast array of music agreements, including recording, publishing, distribution, license, guest artist, producer agreements, etc.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary depends on skills, experience, relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000 - $250,000 per year
