About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Global Marketing to develop and execute our global marketing strategy, driving sales and propelling our brand by bridging TradFi and DeFi.

Strategic Planning and Vision

  • Work cross-functionally to map out our marketing vision and business needs
  • Drive marketing strategy and develop strategic marketing plans
  • Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy globally
  • Partner with distribution and leadership to define go-to-market strategy
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities

Team Management

  • Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team
  • Provide strategic guidance to the product marketing team
  • Collaborate with global sales and service leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals

Infrastructure Operating Models

  • Develop and implement an efficient and scalable operating model
  • Lead company-wide roll-outs for content management, campaigns, and product launches

Requirements

  • At least 8+ years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in asset management marketing
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies
  • Experience finding differentiated and scalable solutions in the industry
  • Global business experience with strong industry connections and credibility
  • Experience building and managing teams across marketing specialties
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and stay ahead of industry trends
