About The Role

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Campaign Marketing Manager to join us at Resilinc. In this role, you will plan and execute integrated, account-based marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, pipeline growth, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for overall campaign management and performance, including SEO/SEM/AIO, digital marketing channels, and third-party publication advertising.

What You Will Do
  • Plan, manage, and optimize strategic marketing campaigns (e.g., platform launches, new agent releases, executive series, webinars, trade shows) from ideation to execution, aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Own and maintain the campaign calendar across all channels, ensuring integration with the broader marketing strategy.
  • Maximize reach and drive target audience engagement across digital marketing channels (website, email, social, search, display) and niche verticals (e.g., SupplyChainBrain, Supply and Demand Chain Executive)
  • Build plans for emerging channels like G2, PeerInsights, and Reddit.
  • Develop and maintain internal dashboards (in conjunction with marketing ops/tech ops) for CAC, CPL, pipeline influence, and full-funnel attribution.
  • Provide and execute actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Support brand lift and competitive tracking programs as stretch goals.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to fuel continuous campaign innovation.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing campaign management.
  • Proven experience delivering demonstrable results with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (search/display), and ideally 1-2 additional platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in campaign attribution reporting and performance optimization, using tools such as Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, Hotjar/Clarity, and similar to track user behavior and conversions.
  • Strong background in writing optimized content for digital marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets, media buying, and creative workflows, with self-sufficiency when needed.
  • Collaborative mindset and clear methodology for working with demand generation, product marketing, and creative teams.
  • Ability to build internal and partner engagement and playbooks.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Previous experience with vendor management and/or working alongside an agency.

Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 a year
