Marketing Director
A fast-growing healthcare support organization with over 100 locations across multiple states, focused on delivering modern, patient-centered care. The Marketing Director will lead marketing strategy, manage a high-performing team, and drive multi-channel campaigns to grow brand awareness and attract new patients.

- Salary: $115,000 - $130,000/year
- Location: Great Neck, NY
- Work Model: Hybrid - in-office Mondays & Tuesdays, remote the rest of the week

Marketing Director Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead annual and quarterly planning for the marketing department, including budgeting, KPIs, and performance tracking.
- Oversee brand development and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee advertising campaigns, promotions, and product launch strategies.
- Build and maintain media, influencer, and stakeholder relationships.
- Direct public relations activities, including press releases and crisis communications.
- Monitor campaign performance, report on ROI, and recommend improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to foster accountability and innovation.
Marketing Director Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 8+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles
- Healthcare marketing experience
- Strong background in digital marketing and brand management
- Experience managing and developing teams
