The Marketing Analyst I utilizes their strong attention to detail and understanding of digital marketing channels, user behavior data, and performance metrics in their responsibility for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key marketing performance data to help guide business strategy and decision-making.

Primary Duties May Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Tracks, measures, and reports on the performance of marketing efforts across paid media, organic social, email, and website traffic.
  • Creates and maintains dashboards and recurring reports that communicate digital performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Analyzes website engagement and user experience data using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Hotjar.
  • Supports A/B testing and campaign optimization efforts through data collection and analysis.
  • Works closely with team members to define KPIs and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinates data collection and visualizations used for regular business reviews.
  • Conducts research and monitors trends in digital marketing performance and analytics best practices.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to support tracking implementation and data accuracy.
  • Travels to all company locations and select sales and marketing events, which may include some occasional weekend travel.
Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements: 4-year degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Passion for data analysis and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot, and data visualization platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and visual summaries.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
