We’re seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue through multi-channel strategies. This role combines acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and B2B growth initiatives, with plenty of opportunity to experiment, optimize, and make an impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies across SEO, paid media, referral, social, and partnerships
• Optimize onboarding and lifecycle journeys to boost engagement and retention
• Support B2B campaigns targeting key industry partners
• Run experiments and A/B tests to improve acquisition and conversion
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align growth, content, and sales strategies
• Leverage analytics and martech tools to track performance and enhance results

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing
• Strong track record driving acquisition and engagement across multiple channels
• Skilled in SEO, marketing automation, analytics, and A/B testing
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
