Chick-fil-A is seeking a Restaurant Marketing Director to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive sales, increase brand awareness, and foster meaningful community connections.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive sales and guest engagement.Manage digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, and social media advertising.Coordinate in-restaurant events, community events, and promotions to increase brand loyalty.Build and maintain relationships with guests, local businesses, and schools to enhance Chick-fil-A's community presence.Lead community initiatives, such as fundraising programs, spirit nights, and food distribution events.Manage the restaurant's marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance; analyze market trends and competitor activities.Ensure all in-restaurant displays and promotional materials align with brand standards.Train and inspire team members to actively support marketing initiatives, including food sampling and event promotion.Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales-driving ideas.Support the restaurant team during peak sales times through coaching, hands-on leadership, and execution of operational tasks to ensure excellent guest service and operational efficiency.Ideal Candidate:Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about serving others.Experienced in sales or restaurant marketing, with a track record of driving sales and engagement.Strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.Willing to work hands-on in daily restaurant operations when needed.Proficient in digital marketing, social media engagement, and website management.Skilled in organizing events and community outreach activities.Requirements:Prior experience in sales and/or marketing.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Flexible availability, including Saturdays.Comfortable using company marketing tools and technology platforms.Ability to manage time wisely and work independently.
