E-Commerce Marketing Specialist
Wood Personnel has partnered with a hospitality and light manufacturing company in Franklin, Tn. This company manages multiple ecommerce channels, including Amazon storefronts and standalone brand websites. The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in supporting product visibility and accuracy through strong visual content and meticulous digital listing management. The position supports both ownership and sales by executing content needs across all web platforms. E-Commerce Marketing Specialist Compensation: $50,000+ Depending on Experience; targeting skilled professionals Medical, dental, and vision benefits available Retirement plans available Equipment provided by the company Standard on-site schedule E-Commerce Marketing Specialist Responsibilities: Create and update product images based on verbal concept and image reference Includes cropping, background cleanup, lighting adjustments, and consistent formatting Maintain accurate product listings across Amazon and company websites Ensure SKUs, product specs, pricing, and descriptions are up to date Edit short-form video content as needed Use for product demonstrations, social clips, or Amazon Enhanced Brand Content Collaborate with ownership and sales team on product priorities and promotional alignment Interpret evolving needs into actionable creative deliverables Respond to ad hoc requests for image or media updates Manage multiple requests efficiently while maintaining quality and brand consistency Coordinate with third-party web support to maintain basic site functionality Relay content updates, troubleshoot visual display issues, and verify fixes E-Commerce Marketing Specialist Requirements: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms Must demonstrate ability to produce polished product imagery and layout-ready content Familiarity with Amazon Seller tools and web content management systems Comfortable managing backend listings, understanding A+ Content requirements, and troubleshooting image rejections Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Proven success in managing deadlines, creative execution, and listing updates without daily oversight Strong sense of visual design and ecommerce presentation standards Understands what drives click-throughs, conversions, and brand trust in visual ecommerce Basic video editing skills preferred Able to create short, clean, purpose-driven content for digital use Reliable and self-motivated work ethic Brings structure to workload, follows through, and flags issues proactively
