You will lead property operations, supervise site staff, and ensure an exceptional living experience for our residents.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of property operations and financial managementEnsure compliance with all rental and employment laws (federal, state, local)Deliver outstanding customer service to residentsSupervise and maintain safety and high-quality maintenance standardsMaintain accurate and organized tenant filesLead, motivate, and develop your on-site teamWeekend hours required on a rotating basisOther duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years' experience in Property Management or related fieldProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with Yardi preferredExperience with LIHTC/Affordable Housing program preferredCollege degree preferredSelf-motivated, energetic, and committed to high performance in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPlease Note: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
