Responsibilities
Continuously evaluates and develops marketing plan and strategy
Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts
Manages in SEO, SEM, Social, and Email marketing campaigns
Manage Google Analytics and Adwords
Manages public relations, internal and external communications, key media contact, and reputation management
Works closely with our President
Provides recommendations based on market research of demand for our products and services
Works with Sales and Finance department to develop pricing strategies
Manage persona and demographic research to identify audiences
Marketing budgets and ROI/ROAS
Developing and managing advertising campaigns
Building brand awareness and positioning
Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish
Meets lead targets for each business unit
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or MBA in business, marketing, communications, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in marketing
Expertise with SEO, SEM, Social, and Email marketing campaigns
Expertise with Google Analytics and Adwords
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
Strong copywriting skills
Attention to detail
Proven ability to manage budgets
Professional and proactive work ethic
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Expertise with Marketing Automation tools
Benefits Pay:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
