Saiful Bouquet Structural Engineers, an award-winning structural engineering firm, one of the largest in Southern California, is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles.Since 1997, Saiful Bouquet has been at the forefront of delivering innovative, cost-conscious, and collaborative design solutions for new and existing buildings across diverse market sectors. We pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of traditional structural engineering and fostering a highly diverse practice.About the RoleAs our Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in increasing Saiful Bouquet's visibility and securing new business opportunities. You'll work closely with our Marketing Director and firm leadership, implementing creative strategies to showcase our expertise.Key Responsibilities:§ Collaborate with marketing leadership, principals, project managers, and technical staff to create high-quality proposals, qualification packages, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.§ Create, edit, and maintain essential marketing content, including project descriptions, resumes, photography, renderings, and project information.§ Assist leadership with market research and track upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.§ Contribute to Saiful Bouquet's social media presence, newsletters, and broader marketing campaigns.§ Manage design award submissions and coordinate participation in industry conferences.§ Review all marketing materials for accuracy, ensuring brand consistency and quality control.§ Maintain firm CRM / Deltek Vantagepoint, including updating contacts, tracking opportunities, and managing project database.RequirementsRequirements:§ A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a degree in Marketing/Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.§ Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years marketing experience within the A/E/C industry.§ Ability to work both independently and proactively engage as a collaborative team member.§ Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.§ Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.§ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).§ Experience with CRM systems is helpful; training will be provided for Deltek Vantagepoint.Compensation:The salary range for this position is between $65,000-$85,000 annually, based upon experience, skill sets and qualifications.Saiful Bouquet is an equal opportunity employer.
