Position Summary: As an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist III at Wiley X, youll play a key role in shaping how we engage and retain our loyal customer base via Email and SMS marketing. This is an opportunity to make a real impactyour work will directly influence brand growth, customer loyalty, and revenue. Youll be at the forefront of executing high-performance email campaigns, fine-tuning automation flows, and analyzing data to continuously optimize effectiveness. Qualifications Responsibilities & Essential Functions: 1. Campaign Execution & Deployment Build, test, and schedule Email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo. Ensure email templates are mobile-responsive and optimized for deliverability. Collaborate with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams to ensure design and messaging aligns with the brand. Collaborate with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams to develop the email campaign marketing schedule.
2. Segmentation & Personalization Create targeted email lists using behavioral and demographic segmentation. Support dynamic content and personalization strategies to enhance engagement. Monitor audience performance and adjust segmentation as needed.
3. A/B Testing & Performance Optimization Execute A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, send times, and content variations. Analyze test results and recommend improvements to increase open rates and conversions. Track key email KPIs such as open rates, CTRs, and unsubscribe rates.
4. Compliance & Deliverability Monitor email deliverability and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAMregulations. List Hygiene: Maintain subscriber and suppression lists to optimize inbox placement. 5. Reporting & Insights Gather and analyze campaign performance reports using GA4 and Klaviyo. Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve email and SMS engagement. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly email performance reports. Required Skills/Abilities: Understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting. Strong knowledge of segmentation, automation, and A/B testing best practices. Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Minimum Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing. Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods of time .
